1在我公司生产大楼一楼吊顶安装施工过程中，现场管理人员和技术人员发现许多风管紧贴吊顶角钢，这样风管在送风的过程中产生的震动会引起吊顶震动，我公司管理人员向工作人员汇报后，贵司要求我方为吊顶安装防晃支架，我公司技术人员结合实际情况和工作经验考察后认为，这样安装防晃支架对解决震动没有实际意义，请设计人员和管理人员确认。如果一定要安装防晃支架，请贵司提供具体安装方案。
2生产大楼一楼一部分区域由于放置设备和空间管理等原因，已作出很大的调整，对我公司的工程进度和施工方案产生了很大的影响。请负责人将一楼现阶段改动情况汇总，并编制资料和图纸交付我方，以方便我方后期的施工进度和方案调整。
3生产大楼一楼东面正门以及西南角的门处盖板存在问题，同时，一楼东面电梯处需制作钢架结构，请管理人员尽快将施工方案交于我方。
4由于设计问题（风管3.6、吊顶3.4），导致龙骨安装空间不足，虽然通过贵公司协调解决了部分问题，但整体的风管依然存在很多问题，在我公司施工过程中屡屡发现，很多区域机电方也无法调整。请贵公司处理并解决这一问题。
